Do ya know I think electric transport really is going to be the future, even if just for bikes and small city one seater forms of city transport.  :)

you might be right Andy,

in my youth there used to be a Reliant dealership on the Barking Road at Upton Park, called Ray Powell i think. the guy had these fiber glass wonders wall to wall and 3 deep x 10 wide on the front.

all as well until one fine day a tipper truck crashed into the shop front wrecked the whole lot.

biggest hurdle to full public acceptance imo is user's perception of vulnerability, and also - what the hell will they do with all those Chelsea tractors ;)
