Puzzled

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My summer project is hopefully drawing near to completion. The very tatty looking c5 i picked up 2 months ago is now gleaming and the rebuild process is well under way after hours of stripping flatting spraying and cleaning.
I got the electrics running for the first time yesterday and encountered a couple of puzzling bits i could do with help in solving.

I do not have an ignition but have connected the battery with click release terminals and added a switch identical to the light switch in place of the handlebar throttle switch.

I have 2 display pods to choose from but the motor only works when one of them is connected so i pressume the other is currently U/S. Neither of the display pod s LED's light up. Any ideas?? and when should the LED's be illuminated? is it just initially when the ignition is switched on or should it display all the time?

Finally i was told that on this site is a step by step guide with pictures for greasing and refurbing the motor/gearbox but cant find it. Anybody know the link for this?

thanks
Nick

Pod light's should be on all the time the battery is connected
- the right set show your battery level - decreasing form green to red as it goes down.
- The left set show your motor 'load' basically the more of them on the more you need to pedal - ideal to keep them in the green
