Another pod question

Can any one help i have got my c5 working perfect,good battery good control box good pod  all working 100% perfect but when i put my spare pod on the c5 it only works for 2 mins and beeps the battery is flat which is not correct what is the fault in the pod i wonder is it the dreaded ula chip?

press the motor button and all the led on the left hand side apart from the outside amber lights flash continoulsy until i dissconnect the battery.but with another pod on all perfect can anyone help thanks marc.

Might be an idea to get Chas to bench test it ?
