Birth place of the Sinclair Calculator

Dropped off a C5 to a chap just outside St Ives today and decided to take a quick drive into the town center. Just over looking the river was an old mill building used by Sinclair during his calculator day's and no doubt he looked out of the windows dreaming of people driving around in C5'S :
