Much to Simon's relief, Steve, "rentboy"Dave and myself managed (at long last) to finally get to Rotterdam and collect a few Sinclair c5 related items. We took along a lucky mascot affectionately known as the donkey of doom  ;D

Also looking for just the rear indicators, have been looking at some similar looking ones if i can't find any genuine ones.  ;)

I've not yet done a full "stock check" to see what exactly I have in all those boxes of bits, plus there's still another trailer load to collect.

I'll need some of the spares for rebuilding as many of those c5's as I can. Any "leftovers" will be up for grabs  :)

mate , I needed the 4x4 to tow the one we had. The thought of dragging an even bigger trailer about is a bit scary ( especially driving abroad )  :P

Simon was saying goodbye for the last time. It's always hard to let your children go :D

A little support was definitively needed and friendly given by Steve (or by the trailer) ;)

then Karl and Simon hooked it up with a little help of the donkey of doom and off we went to a little but friendly sailors bar.
Was nice meeting you guys and I will try to be there next time as well. I think I have a free day from the hospital obligations, thanks to Carnaval ??? it is closed  :'(. So hope to give you a hand next time and have a few more things arranged for the meeting in july.

And boy, Simon really has a great piece of the world at his doorstep. I might be a little bit prejudiced couse I was born there 8)
