Not had mine long and it reminded me of the excitement of picking it up.

Its better to paint the chassis grey because its prone to split and such failures show up better with light coloured paint.

Oh good I was going to paint it to factory colour or as close to as possible.

Under the cover in the garage is my other project, now designed, built and registered but away for winter.  I was advised to paint that chassis grey to check for splitting on that.
I was advised about two more C5's through work but that have been sold will look for a boot, ignition switch and possibly loom as mines had a battery cut off drilled through the side panel.

Oh just thought.

From my pictures am I correct in saying my motor bracket is white or beige, so can say its a later series?
