I won't be able to make your run Karl as we are on holiday next week and won't be home till late on next Saturday (better not leave the wife with the washing etc to sort out by herself  :)) Have a great day and look forward to seeing you soon, I will be at Torquay next week which is where I had my first ever go on a C5 back in 1985. Please post some pictures of your run.

Retro Andy.

Won't be able to make it this year, I'm afraid. I've bought two batteries for the C5s today but the van hire would have to be for Saturday - Monday and would therefore cost £100+ and the parents are not willing to cover this :(

Hi Mate - We can can make it if it's not too late. I can bring my bike to pick up any C5 bits that fall off like in Zutphen!

Let me know.

Cheers

Unfortunatly going to have to pull out of this one. I've got loads of paperwork to get done before school starts ( parent consultation time ), which i was hoping to have done already, but it's just not happened, and it was either cancel the C5 run on Sunday, or the family get together on Saturday.

Looking forward to lots of pics of everyone ( hopefully ) riding out in to the sun  8) :D

Looks like I'll be able to make it after all, though wont be on my C5. Karl has kindly sorted one for me to use with my own batteries.

Has any one got any videos or pics of the day. I'm glad I did not come as I had a bit of spare time on my hands so I took my C5 out for a run and after 4 miles the battery gonked out  ::) ::) :P

I am not using a leisure battery like I should do, instead I'm using a car battery.  ::) :P

We had a great day today, though the turn out wasn't as good as last year's. Thanks to Karl & Angie for the ice cream, bacon rolls and allowing me to use their C5 for the day. Below is a selection of photos and videos from the day.
