I,m sorry I couldn,t make it to this one.
The production co that made our recent video,s was a cameraman short for a live gig they were filming the night before and I,m the only one who could help them out.
Got home at 3am shattered..

No worries matie - you missed a superb day out, but there are plenty of other good c5alive events coming up  ;)

...besides, being a Rock God means you have to make the odd sacrifice  ;D

..as good as the pictures are, they are not able to fully portray the fantastic atmosphere of the day. The sight, sound and smell of all those cars & bikes tearing up the hill was awesome.

It was an honour for us to be asked to participate in the Centenary celebrations , and getting in free was a nice bonus. Plus Adam was there selling goodies at a discount, so a very worthwhile day out for those that were able to attend.

But above all else , a very big thank-you to all the Brooklands staff for making sure the day ran so smoothly and for taking such good care of us.

I've received the following email from Brooklands Museum ;

On behalf of Brooklands Museum, I would like to send you and the C5 team our thanks for your involvement in the Test Hill Challenge event on Sunday. We have had some great feedback from people who enjoyed the day. We are currently collating the photographs from the weekend; I will send some over to you when complete.

Could you possibly send me the names of the brave C5 people who ascended Test Hill? We have the signed Risk Acknowledgements, but some did not complete their full names. I would like to send the official ‘Ascended Test Hill’ Certificate to those involved.

Many Thanks again.

Kind Regards,

Karina Hill

Those on the hill look like thery're having fun  ;D
Did anyone make it and if not how high did they get ?

Maybe that should be my aim ... a hill climbing C5  ;D ;D

Hopefully i'll be able to join you the next time you go to Brooklands.

..mate, you could have joined us for this event - "Dave" was available for use  ;)

You are, as always,  most welcome to join us at the next one as well  :)

As expected, none of us actually made it to the top using battery & pedal power - although, surprisingly, I got quite close ....but then I was using "Voodoo" . I managed to keep all three wheels intact this time  ::) :P

....Brooklands is a fantastic day out, whether we're there on an event or not.

We've been lucky enough to enjoy two amazing events there so far, with a few more in the planning stages.

It would be great to see even more c5's and their owners turn up  :)

With the test hill, did you all start with peddle or electric power ?
That 1 - in - 4 bit looks horrible ( might try it in a car next year ), so to get close to it must have taken some effort  ;D
