Ok look what an hour can do .Replaced all three small cogs + the outer gearbox case and the inner gearbox part ....And did a little clearning ...

















And here we are finnished and tested running great ...That's it for today keep looking more on Friday ?????????????

Hi you can leave all the wiring and the items you have asked about .But I would take of the Pod and control box off if you are going to hose it down unless you seal them in  plastic bags .

Thank you very much for this Chas.  My C5 is very clean so won't need hosing.  This makes the task of cleaning up the chassis much less daunting.

Ok great ..Here how I got on today ..Starting with the Chassis that I started yesterday ..



New tyres /brake cables/bearings Chain tenisioner








As you can see I have fitted a motor and the large drive cog ,But what you cannot see is that I have fitted a 12 tooth cog on the motor and  the large drive cog has 72 teeth instead of 68 ..So what happens is that it will only drive at aprox 6/7 MPH ...But it will need to be taken out for a good run when completed .This is just a temperry thing to see if the C5 will go slow enough and the power will be more for  Mhurt
