New owner in the USA
« on: 07, September, 2013 - 15:11:49 »
Hi, I am a new owner in the USA. I love my Sinclair c5. I am a middle school science teacher and I ride it to work everyday, about 10 miles round trip. I live on a state bike trail in Wisconsin so I do not have to travel on the road. The trail goes right to school. After getting it in working order I painted it green and gold for the Green Bay Packers! It is now my Packermobile. My students love it!

Cheeseheads ?

Retro Andy.

For Andy;

Cheesehead
Cheesehead is a nickname, sometimes used disparagingly, referring to a person from Wisconsin, referring to the large volume of production of Wisconsin cheese. Wikipedia

For kkaufman;
welcome to c5alive buddy  :)

Disparaging only from out-of-staters.In Wisconsin one can buy a cheese slice hat to wear, if so minded.
Not just the home of cheese, also of beer and of Yops Frozen Custard(the scene of the Happy Days cafe), and those cars with 2 wheels missing(Harleys).And of course, the greatest annual fly-in, Oshkosh(which is why I visit the state).
