C5 wiring help
« on: 04, July, 2014 - 14:39:54 »
Hi. I've recently purchased a C5 and I'm having trouble getting it to work. It didn't come with any battery so I couldn't test it. The leads on the left side we're cut so I connected a 12v car batter to it but the only thing that happens is that the front and rear lights come on (with the light switch)

In the meantime I've stripped it all down so I can restore it.
I disconnected the motor and connected this to the battery and that works fine.
I've checked the fuses in the control box and they're ok as well
Nothing lights up on the LED pod at the front

Could anyone offer any guidance as to what the problem could be? or if there is someone who could potentially make any repairs to the electronics?

Thanks, Harry
