Never better mate  ;D

I know it looks bad at the moment , but it's something I've planned for quite a while now, developed from a chat with C5Martin a while back. Progressing nicely  :)

With luck, this project will be ready for Brooklands on the 20th - if not then it will be shown at the 25th Anniversary event January next year.

And in case anyone was wondering , the bodyshell had a huge vertical split in one side and a very rusty chassis complete with a DIY wiring job.

I wouldn't take an angle grinder to a salvageable C5, honest !!

You look like Jack Nicholson in the "Shining" with that grin, Did you say :- Hello C5 shell, daddy's home ?

P.S. Not being rude Karl, but have you put a couple of pounds on and need to make the seat a bit widder ?  ;D

P.P.S. Only joking mate  ;)

Meet the latest addition to the c5alive stable ;

Now christened "Half-Pint" by Angie ....

Arguably the weirdest looking c5 ever produced, it is a fully functional "display" model...if it wasn't for the fact that half the seat is missing, it could actually be driven about  8)

The idea is to take it to shows like Brooklands, Amberley, Ardingly etc and display it so that everyone can see how they are made, how it all fits together and functions.

I think it turned out quite well, pretty chuffed with the result  ;D

That's superb Karl, great idea, as I think a lot of people dont really know whats under a C5 body.

That's exactly what i thought you were up to  ;D

Looks good like that , and a great way of showing people how it all works.

They've got a Mini like that at Gaydon museum, which is what made me think you were doing that as soon as i saw the body cut in half  ;D
