My new toy, not quite a C5
« on: 25, April, 2013 - 19:24:19 »
Picked this up earlier today  ;D

And has a cool 'Sinclair Research' switch  :)

Came with 2 batteries, both of which seem to be past their best.

As you can see, it's a bit rusty looking in places, and new tyres / inner tubes would probably be a good idea  ;D
Think i'll first see if the motor runs ( been told it does but good to check ) and then get the wd40 out  ;D

The original batteries that came with it were dead, so purchased a new one.  Just been out, hooked it all up, pressed the switch ..... and the motor runs lovely  :)

Might try and replace the tyres & inner tubes over the weekend, re-fit the chain, and then take it for a spin and see what happens  ;D
