Hello,

After looking around for a while on this forum it's time to introduce myself!!
I'm from Holland,30 years young and building electric cars for my work!!
I was looking for a C5 for a long time and i just got me one...
but they cut the rear axle included a piece of frame with it  :-[ (working on it)

I drive already a electric car i build-ed myself http://evalbum.com/3783

I will do my best to get my C5 ready for the trip/meet in zutphen!
And i will come to zutphen with an electric Mercedes G that i build
with wheel hub motors

Greetings from Holland  8)

Good to have you here mate  :)

Those electric vehicles look really good , shame you weren't able to bring them along to the AER at Santa Pod .They would have made a huge impression  8)

The AER is Alternative Energy Racing and is held annually at the Santa Pod raceway. We have taken part in this years event ,as well as last year. The topics with photo's etc. are in the meeting and events section (last years will be in the archive sub-section).

Well worth a look and a great day out. Sadly you'll have to wait until next year for the next event  :(

Hi Wuppert,

Welcome here at the forum and I'm glad I could help you with the frame.
Lets hope you can get the rest nice and in good shape for the meeting.
If you need help just give me a call.
And BooBoo, As I understood, Robbert will bring his Merc to the meeting so you can look and talk about his achievement and invite him for every meeting involving electric cars. He is a nice guy and is willing to promote his electric cars around the globe. ;D
Wubbert, try to get in contact with Quasimodo.  He has the same drive as you have and has a lot off experience. He will be at the meeting as well.
