couple of questions why convert ?
easy to finish off ?

suggest requesting photo of body and another of chassis.

If its fairly local, then go and have a look first, but that picture is not the correct picture and you can't see what you are bidding on ?

I'd always advise going to see it first if possible. Avoids any nasty surprises once you've paid  ;)
