The running gear from a Bond Minicar no doubt. At least the Bond didnt need 2 pushers to get it going, although it was a horrid thing in reality.

Yes, look at the whole package of extras, horn rubber duck, brush rearview mirror, top panel, etc.  ;D ;D ;D ;D
