Hi Chas,

those minute things, that is if they are realy there, are thermistors.

In the past. on many occasions, I've had to check soldering under the microscope, but this will be the first time ever that I have to solder under a microscope.  :o :o But before I do anything I have to cook them.  ;);D

Cheers.

Karl.

P.S. did you not receive my last email, as I've received no reply?

Hi Chas,

it'll be some time before I get round to the thermistors, I'll be busy modding all my CBs for more reliability, uprated power supply transistor, heatsinks, etc.

Hi Chas,

nifty tool you have there, must save a lot of fiddling and cursing.  :D :D

Pitty for the four or five motors that I have to service and mod, it would be too much work to reproduce one. :(

Never mind.

Av phun.

Karl.

Hi Chas,

many thanks for the offer, but if I accepted it would be gone for a long time.

Due to lack of space I can only work on one C5 at a time, and it's taking me one hell of a lot of time searching for and buying materials etc. For example, remember how long ago it was when we spoke about the pedal crank wheel, well it's taken me up till last week to come up with one that I might be able to use.  It's not the first one I've found, just the most suitable.

Once more, many thanks for, yet again, being helpful.

Best regards.

Karl.
