I think that the motor issue maybe with the brushes, as the negitive one was very loose (broken) and could be the cause, I have tryed to swap with my spare one, but that broke trying to remove it (corroded in) even soaked it in wd40, so can you please bring along some spares Karl on Sunday, many thanks.

Many thanks to Karl bringing along the solution to the problem with the motor, a replacement motor housing and brushes done the trick, wired it into the control box last night and took it for its first run, all went well.  :)
