Motor heats up FAST!

Hi! i'm the guy of the guide you are referring :D

You said you opened the motor, you should have 3 pieces: "the back" with brushes, the middle with magnets and the core with the rotor.

1) Do the two ball bearings rotate alone? one at the and, the other in the front inside the plastic head?

2) When you fit the motor toghether, have you used something to keep brushes in a back position to not collide with the rotor while you insert it in place?

3) With the motor unwired, it does not turn, right?
