Yeah I ve seen this on the road ,I don t live far from the guy that owns it.Stops traffic wherever it goes.

When I ve seen it seemed to keep up with other cars ok and I know the owner has driven it "down south" covering some distance

I so want that bumper car....but the choice is between owning such a fun wacky vehicle or having a leaky roof repaired on my house  :-\.

Oddly enough it is a decision I'm still wrestling with  ;D :D
