Charging my battery yesterday and the charger decided to break  >:(
I'm sure i've got plenty of juice in the battery, but i guess we'll find out tomorrow  :D

Just went out for a drive, without battery, to test the brakes ... the front is useless and needs tightening and the rear is lethal  :D and needs loosening a little bit.
Any chance someone can give me a hand tomorrow to sort these out, as this morning i decided to burn my little finger on the steam from a just boiled kettle, and i now have a nice blister on it, which makes doing 2 hand jobs on the C5 a little tricky  :D

Luckily it doesn't affect me driving the C5.

Got back about 5.45pm.

I'm now knackered but it was a great day  ;D
Even though my chain came off ( still not sure how i spotted that bit  :) ) i enjoyed the ride. Certainly the longest i've ever been on, and i'm sure my legs will be telling me that tomorrow  :D
After missing out on MK, it was good to get on the C5 and meet up with everyone again

Thanks Karl for fixing my chain .... everybody should carry a small keyring in their toolkit  :D
Thanks Andy for the bacon and sausage rolls ... or should that be Andy's other half  :D

Looking forward to seeing the pics. Time for a nice cold drink now  ;D

Daz

I'm renaming you "Sniper"  ;D :D , that was superhuman vision being able to spot that half-link pin...I'm still in awe  8)

As always, the c5's provided some unexpected entertainment along the way....but a definate case of improvise, adapt and overcome meant we all got back under our own power  8)

Thanks again to Andy and his family for hosting yet another top run  ;)

We'll post some piccies later...just about to enjoy a relaxing cold beer  :-*

Gutted that I missed this! :( Still, wife had a good birthday and she does put up with my hobbies all year round, so she's allowed at least one day!

When / where is the next run?

Hope to see pics soon!

Andy, I'll try to get up to see you soon to talk C5 and collect those batteries :) :)

Hope you all had a good time!

Great fun at this run - many thanks to the Family Retro for hosting it - great weather and a very good route. Karl as always playing 'Jim al fix it' Minidaz using his six million dollar man eye to find the missing chain pin has to go down as one of the most remarkable breakdown turnarounds of all time - we all got back ready for the next one !!.Great to meet you all again as well as some new faces -Video coming very soon

An excellent bit of filming there, gives you a good taste of what its like riding around in a c5  8)

Here are Angies piccies from the day - as always I never think to take them  ;D ;

It was great to see a few new faces join the "regulars" on the run , fingers crossed Plumber and his good lady will hopefully join us on a few more  :)

An excellent run Andy - one of the best  8)
