Just checking the wiring / control box / and the Pod and as you can see they seem to be ok .But before I can be sure they will have to be tested when the C5 is completed and on a test run ...

Ok I have just put the chassis on and fitted the wiring inside the channel then fitted the handle bar + the brake leavers .Peddles and chain connected .

Fitted a new battery strap and cleaned all the underneath ..,Start and horn push buttons fitted to the handle bars .Front light fitted

The next thing is to check out the wiring before conecting things up just to see if it still works ok ..

As you can see just checking the wiring after putting it in place ..And it seems ok

Ok the electronics seem to be ok .So I started work on the motor ..

As you can see The small bearings are still on the shaft .(Sometimes the shaft breaks of due the the motor dropping of the support and putting a lot of strain on the shaft ..)

Teeth in the gearbox are in great condition
