ElectricDave found someone who repaired a shell that had very similar damage.

Don't want to scare you, but something to check when using a chassis from a shell that has frontal damage is that the damage wasn't caused by a crash. Frontal impact can cause bending to the forks and/or chassis near the headstock. I'd hate to see you put in long hours restoring the chassis only to end up disappointed.

How about doing the C5 in the Gulf racing scheme from the 60's i/e Pale Blue with the orange stripe running across it. This is my most favourite racing colour scheme ever.

Update.... Slow progress as Dad's working shifts (extra one's) but got the chassis spayed up last night so the rebuild can begin
(we used gold inspired by half pint)
