Why not fix your control box?

The pod is more complicated granted (if ULA is dead - unlikely tho).  But the control box is repairable.

If you can't find one I could take a look at them for you.  I couldn't guarantee a successful pod repair.

Or if you do find either and want the others repaired for spares let me know.

...... C5martin had some success repairing pods a few years back but he found around half of all the dead pods were not repairable due to having a duff ULA . Probably caused by wrongly connecting the battery following some DIY wiring kit modifications to remove the keyswitch assembly (which is why the c5alive wiring kit was introduced).

As I am understanding the use of Phil's replacement ULA chip solves the POD issues.
