Hello All
sorry this has probably been asked before but how exactly do you post pictures into a mesage like this. I see the Insert Image Icon. but how do I add the pictures it just comes up with (http://).

...we use a hosting site , such as photobucket etc

You upload the piccies then cut'n'paste the link :)
