Banner photo?

Just a suggestion from me; could we possibly have a banner photo at the top of the forum? I think it would look quite good, something like this:-

An Apple/Mac guy then, I guess? I prefer them too but currently all my money is going towards the Jag, Sinclair & Quad.

I've heard of Ubuntu but never bother downloading it, is it any good? Presumably things like iTunes wouldn't work on it?

I would love to go to Karl's meet but don't think it will really be possible. I'm hoping to go to the Royal Run though :D.

Someone's listened! We now appear to have a banner photo ;D. Although it's possibly a little big now? It was squashed before though and cropping it wouldn't work.

Possibly try it with my photo?

...I've been playing with the picture size to get it to line up how I want  8).

Think I've got it just about right......I always listen, just that I sometimes choose to ignore  :P ;D

Some background info regarding the picture used for the banner photo.

This is a picture taken at the start of our run from the Hoover factory at Merthyr Tydfil in April 2008 as part of c5alive participating in the Welsh Autofest classic car show ( http://c5alive.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,4.msg1157.html#msg1157 )

At that time I had only been at the helm of c5alive for about 2 weeks and running the website was all very new and still a little bit scary  ;D It was a really great run, with some very funny moments, and the unusual experience of our c5 convoy having a Police escort that saw road junctions closed allowing us to whizz past bemused motorists  8) Sadly the autofest was never repeated and the Hoover factory has since closed down. This remained the best attended c5alive meeting for quite a while , only recently bettered by the turnout at Brooklands.

I think the picture has a bit of c5 history attached and feel it deserves its place at the head of our forum  8).
