Spring for chain tensioner
« on: 29, May, 2012 - 13:15:58 »
Has anyone got a surplus spring for a Sinclair chain tensioner before I go trawling through spring manufactures ?
Cheers Marty

Hi,

I don't have a spare c5 spring but i have found this old think if you get really stuck. (the red one). It seems to be about the same tension but is worn. Perhaps it will do you until you find a better one. I know its not great but you are welcome to it if you want it.

Maplins are doing a set of springs for about £2.99 the last time I brought them. They are a good replacement. CFiver
