Doesn't look like a C5, in my opinion it simply looks like a tricycle ;)

I think the chassis is quite the same. The Y-frame, the under-steering, front fork etc... Just no body on it...
The people that made this must have been inspired by the C5. ;)
A C5 body might fit over it (the front wheel is too big, I think)...
