If they try to sell them over here I wonder how much they will cost ? They are a similar concept to my old mini-el , just simplified which is a good thing !

As fantastic as the Twizy is they're so expensive it puts me off.

Yep,

the twizzy looks ace, but like the C5 it's open to the elements so won't be much fun in the winter.

See what Cryten thinks :-) www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfQ8F_mfF6E

And at Nearly £7K I think I would at least want to be dry !

What would you need to drive one in the uk - might be worth getting one over here and seeing if they will sell.
$600 is only £370 plus transporting and I'm sure they'd sell for much more.

@£370 I would have one, even if made in China. Good to see a major world polluter thinking like this. Regarding the Twizzy ( is it the Renault thing ? ) You have to lease the batteries ,you only buy the car. So other expenses lay ahead.

Looks interesting, not sure what it would be registered in uk as. Looks to heavy and to fast for any kind of electric bike / tricycle ala c5. Would guess it would need msva or something. Could put more volts through it and go to aer  8)

Like the twizy concept but the leasing batteries is the killer, especially as its got no heater / windows so wouldn't be my first choice on a cold winters day!

I have been looking at the twizy, but untill they have lockable doors and windows I wont get one.  The company my wife works for has just delivered 170 to dealers in the UK.
