Free fully fitted out C5...

Right. I know where there's a C5 complete with indicators, lights, mirrors, seat pad, you name it. It's been dumped, and there a LONG time. The catch? It's in small town Scotland. Does this appeal to anyone?

Check out the photos here:- [url]http://www.flickr.com/search/?w=47381765@N04&q=sinclair[url]

Being on a Flickr account, I can't upload photos here... but I've been in regular contact with the guy who took the photos and he's just confirmed it's still there. If anyone's 100% serious about a rescue mission I'm happy to pass on what I know  ;)

I know exactly where in Scotland  ;)

Kirkcaldy... not the most fascinating holiday destination, and far too far for me to bother with it, but here's the story of it. I was browsing Google, found a photo, contacted the photographer and he said that it's located on a patch of wasteland behind some tyre shops. There's (amongst other things) also a Ford Cortina! Anyway, nobody goes on there, it's derelict land surrounded by a fence. He's given me the contact details of the businesses that border onto it but it's just too far for me to bother with hence me 'advertising' it on here. I'm not saying it's for sale, I AM saying it's been dumped, but in terms of access etc it would be a call to the businesses as I don't know the area. I'm happy to forward all of the details that I have to anyone who wants to attempt a rescue  :)

Agreed there, but for the indicators, mirrors, centre caps and presumably control box and pod it's a shame to leave it there :-)

After a bit of calling around I've actually found out the owner, just waiting for a call back now to see what they want to do with it but will keep you updated :-)
