Use a car foot pump but feed the end through the preceding spoke to air connection valve on the brake wheel.
Next bring the end back in a u shape and connect to the air intake valve on the wheel.
Using this method the brake cooling fins do not get in the way.
There is not a lot of room but with a little practice you can pump up the tyre with ease. ;)
