It is a "D.I.Y" job, click on the link (also shown on page 1), save the document and alter the serial number to suit your own c5. Print it off and use some clear sticky back plastic to stick it on.

ok thanks i'll have a go at that, do you know if there is any way to find out what your serial number is apart from the original sticker?
