A big hello from me
« on: 24, January, 2011 - 08:17:36 »
Hi,

First off great forum guys really impressed by the information and time and effoft been put in good job. Just got myself a C5 in need of some attention but I'm up for the challenge and can't wait to get out on it for a little run down the road.

At some point I will post some photos of the project before I start to strip it down and some more if I get it back together, don't think I'm local enough to most of you guys (Folkestone Kent) but if your down this way give me a shout

Thanks

Gary

Welcome to c5alive mate, thanks for the kind words - we try our best  8)

Keep an eye on the meeting and events section, it's always worth travelling a few miles to take part and meet up with some of the other c5 owners.

Thanks guys,

Have started the strip down using the youtube video you have posted (some good tips on there) one question for you the crank tool is this a standard item b'cus thats as far as I got lol then started on the motor which was dead but took a gamble and took it to peices and a bit of grease later it was up and running sweet.

Thx

Gary
