2/5/2010 : Maidstone Classic Car Show

Spike has been in touch and invited us back to the Maidstone Classic Car Show.

Last year was the first time the event had been held, this year they are hoping it will be even better.

We've been given a prime position so if anyone fancies coming along and displaying their c5 let me know.

Some piccies from last year;

(Umpa's piccies seem to have dropped off  :o)

Sadly, today's show was a bit of a washout - the heavy rain meant most of the exhibits didn't attend, and even if they had there weren't many people around to view them  :-[

Spike was obviously disappointed, but there were still a few cars ,a motorbike and our one and a half c5's on display. We had a chat with a fair few hardy people who stopped and admired the c5's  8)

We didn't take many pictures as the event was brought to an early close due to the worsening weather ; eventually admitted defeat and everyone went home :-\

A couple of photo's;

Hopefully the rest of this years events will see some warmer weather .

Shame that Karl - the previous year looked really good - let's hope year 3 is a better one. British weather permitting

Shame the weather was poor, but it is a bank holiday weekend, what do you expect ? Don't worry I'm sure we will have some sunny days out yet  :D
