Looks like another result for the "for sale" section 8)
We're doing better than Ebay (probably coz we're cheaper..) ;D

sold subject to collection!
There has been a c5 shell on ebay for the past few months that has never sold, I dont think its a matter of being cheaper I think its the audience that its is pitched to!

Yeah, and the trouble with eBay is that you might have to travel a long way to find out the item is rubbish.
That said you can pick up some really good stuff on there, its always going to be a risk tho.

As you know, I'm looking for an old raleigh grifter or bmx burner, but they normally fetch silly money on ebay and I dont want to go that far for one, so I keep looking down the local tip and car boot sales etc.

By cheaper, I meant we dont charge listing fees or 10% valuation etc etc..
Always worth trying to flog your surplus c5 stuff here before paying Ebay to do it.

can i put my mother-in-law up for sale as a 'surplus' C5 back seat driver?
;D ;D ;D

I find if your in the right place at the right time, a bargin is a must, I dont go to many car boot sales, but a couple of people at work seem to always be finding something of interest after trugging round them on a Sunday, its a great feeling when you find something you like and your not bidding for it with loads of people.
And as Karl said, ebay charges for listing and final selling etc.
