Sinclair C2.5
« on: 25, May, 2010 - 12:18:51 »
Was having a chat one day With Boo Boo about making a small C5 type vehicle for my 3 year old Luke who enjoy's coming along to the C5Alive events. Well look what has come my way a small electric vehicle from the early 70's ready to be transformed into C2.5 - A massive thank you to Boo Boo for this :

First coat of Sinclair white is going to need a few :

That's shaping up nicely mate  8). When he shows off his blinged up "ride" down at the nursery, Luke will be the envy of all his "homies"  ;D

Nice to see it being worked on, I think Luke would be a teenager before I managed to get round to sorting it.

Let me know if you need anything for it  :)

I've moved this across to the Gallery section so it doesn't get lost  :)

How are you getting on with it ?

Just need to work on the foot pedal as it is getting a bit warm then add a C5 rear light , hi vis mask and graphics - re-pad the seat and we are away. Good fun

Had another look at the electrics today as the footpedal switch was getting rather warm and found someone had done a bit of 'improvise , adapt and overcome as the switch was making via a two pence !!! - first switch showing the original switch and the second the new replacement 100amp jobbie !!!
