Hello form a new member.
« on: 07, April, 2014 - 22:27:37 »
Hello, I have recently taken an interest in the C5 being bit by the bug after seeing photos and video of it in action. I come from Newcastle upon Tyne and I'm looking to acquire a  ready to run C5 later in the the year with full road gear I just need to convince my Dad its not a death trap.  ::)
Is there any body in my area who owns a C5 who can demo' and or advise?

Hi Retrosteve. I've got a fully restored working c5 and live in Sunderland
Youll find as I did that there's not many members up in the North East and not many C5 for sale local I had to travel to Crawley and back in a day over 650 miles
Only used a few times but was great fun

Hi Laggan,
True I only know of one other owner that's listed on the C5 directory, also I've been following C5s on eBay and most listings are in the south.
Has your C5 been fitted out with any uprated mod parts such as a metal gearbox insert and rear disc brake or is it stock?
