Just been trawling the net and found these for sale .Iv added them to my section (The Chas section) ...take a look they are a shade small but if you use the original screws they are great , and will last for ever  .If you do want any just let me know (the price is for two )

Now you find them Chas! I spent ages looking for similar myself and eventually obtained some samples!
