Not original but could well be one made by another company with the C5 fitting arrangement.

The original Sinclair C5 batteries were made by Oldham and were white in colour . Adam Harper obtained some replacements that were red , you can see one in this link;

It isn't marked as either 038 or 015, it was supplied by "Sinclair Vehicles" before Adam Harper took time out and was sold as a remanufactured copy of the original Oldham item.
