Vehicle number?

Do anyone know where the Vehicle number (vin) locate on the C5? so i can look out for it while i am looking for one to buy. thanks

There is no VIN as such on a C5 I.E. the sort you find on a road motor vehicle. The only number you may find is on a small sticker located in the area behind the front light in the area below the POD. This will give a number which will only give an idea of the year and month of manufacturer.

The C5 only has a serial number and this is located near the front headlight - on a sticker on the grey 'centre tunnel'.

Thanks for the photo,now i understand where it is. It a shame it is a label that would peel off or rub off over the years and
you would not know what this C5's number are. Thought it be good if it had been stamp onto the metalwork so it stay there forever! :)
