Hi Everyone,
What type of battery has the C5? (The original type?) Is it lead acid?
Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

Yes m8 its a lead acid type, the closest you can get (with out buying an original new one) is a leisure battery.

The closest size wise; is a battery called an 038 which you can (with a bit of a mod) can have the original battery top and carry straps (I use this)

here's some info about it

you can still buy them from here :- http://www.sinclair-research.co.uk/c5/parts.php
