Karl:
The premier event of the c5alive calendar, I'm pleased to announce we've been invited back to the Brooklands Cycle Festival for 2012 on Sunday 16th September.  This has always been my absolute favourite event of the c5alive calendar - more details nearer the time.

For those that have never been before, check the archives for our previous visits;

An excellent venue, Brooklands has always been very supportive of c5alive.  This is a date well worth circling in your diary   8)

Karl:
I have just received the following email from Donna at Brooklands Museum ;

CYCLE FESTIVAL
SUNDAY 16th SEPTEMBER  2012
INVITATION & ENTRY FORM

We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at our annual Cycle Festival on Sunday 16th September 2012.

The event is open to all types of non-motorised bicycles & scooters .
Besides enjoying the company of fellow enthusiasts and their cycles, exhibitors will have full access to Brooklands Museum’s 32-acre site and its attractions.  (The Concorde Experience is a charge of £4 Adults, £2 children).  There will also be the opportunity for your Team/Club to try out the circuit at Mercedes-Benz World, subject to conditions on the day.

There is no entry fee for the Exhibitors from your Team/Club or for children bringing a scooter who want to enter our Scootathon, but we would be grateful if you will complete and return the booking form if you wish to take part as Exhibitors with your Team/Club.
 Extra tickets at a discount on normal Museum entry prices can be purchased in advance using the attached booking form: please note that anybody arriving who are not exhibiting will be asked to use the Museum’s main public entrance and purchase the appropriate entry ticket.

As this is a one-day public event, we do ask that you commit to arriving by 10.00am and to staying on display until the 17.00 closing time.  No camping or overnight facilities are available. No dogs except Assistance Dogs are permitted.

If you would like to join us for a very enjoyable day, please complete and return the entry form as soon as possible. Final details & your Exhibitor passes will be sent out about 10 days before the event.  A stamped addressed envelope would be very much appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you shortly and seeing you at Brooklands Museum on September 16th.
