Hi mate

I have only owned my C5 for a week and already found the forums a great deal of help.
There are a few C5s on Ebay at the moment but the prices tend to rocket at the end. I got mine off Ebay and got a really good one. (electrics are untested yet but I am hopeful)
Good luck in your search
Rich

Yes I am a very proud owner of a C5 ;D  Its now tucked up in the kitchen as it doesn't fit anywhere else  ::) Best start looking for a shed

It was a pleasure to meet you Mike. Thanks for the run around the block and the basics on how to get in and drive a C5.

Can't wait to get it out to some events in nice weather

Good man!

Really enjoyed going out today, it's a shame we didn't have a bit more sunshine and a bit less wind (and a bit more battery power) but that's how it goes unfortunately.

Shame you can't make it to luton, but as we were talking about earlier, there are quite a few nice runs in the summer months!

Nice to meet you mate, and thanks again for the drink at the pitstop :)

I'll put some pictures up soon, after I take some in daylight.

GOOD MAN!

That has made my day hearing that Steve :) Was really hoping it was something daft.

Glad it was R1 and not the loom!

I can only find this one - currently £300 with 6 days left.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1980s-SINCLAIR-C5-RARE-FULLY-WORKING-GOOD-CONDITION-ELECTRIC-CAR-BIKE-VELO-N-R-/140677132189?pt=UK_Collectables_OtherTransportation_RL&hash=item20c102af9d#ht_1277wt_1413
It was sold for 530 british pounds! No atributes, not out of a box. And if I look sharp the wheels on the back don't have original caps.
Wow, maybe I should offer my Old C5's over there. But then, last year, a C5 was sold with only one mirror through the American E-Bay.
They asked $6000,- for this rare showcase of British engineering. Finally was sold for $3600,-
Karl, should we take a look over-there?

Frank - I dont think my 4x4 and trailer would be up for a trip to the USA, even with the donkey of doom  ;D

I was surprised to see the £530 sale price for the other one , especially with a pod fault etc. Just goes to show how much Ebay varies  :o

Come on Karl, don't be so negative. As I can remember your donkey of doom is made of wood, wood floats!
Just put your trailer on a zodiac, feed the donkey and lets go. Would be an great adventure to tell your grandchildren.
