Hey

Her i will post some pictures of my rebuild, my plan is to strip it completly, add a wheel hub motor, run it on 48V, developing a new pod display.

48v would certainly produce some interesting performance - probably quicker than "challenger"  8)

it will only get a topspeed about 40km/h

..will the 48v give you more torque for going up hills ?

Yeah it will improve it if your keeping the watts low 250w etc
