Latest update, the tickets for this are on their way  8).

The start time is a little later for this one, gates open at 0930. If you're coming along see you at the cafe for a hot bacon buttie (or whatever floats your boat  :D ).

For those wanting to meet us we have been allocated a space behind the hangar.

Damn ive missed the entry date again!  :-\

can i still come?  ???

p.s. I hope I don't make a habit of this Karl

I have a last minute cancellation due to illness , meaning a ticket is up for grabs (I've emailed you)  ;)

Karl, if you have a spare ticket my dad will take it. He is coming down with me and it would save him the hassle of running round getting one at the gates then coming through the other entrance etc.

Thanks to those that came along today , it was a bit chilly and overcast but the rain held off until 2pm - when everyone quite rightly decided to pack up very quickly and head for home  (very sensible !).

The c5alive display was nicely presented with Max, Tony , Ray ,The RadioMarty clan ,Kamil and myself answering questions and queries about all things c5  8) .

The car event was the largest I have ever seen at Brooklands , they nearly ran out of space to accommodate any more vehicles. As a rough rule you know the place is getting crowded when you have to queue for the loo's ...not just the ladies but the gents as well  :o

All the big clubs were there ; Mercedes , MG , Jaguar , Caterham , Fiat 500 , Rover P6 , Lancia, Lotus , Bentley & Rolls Royce (to name just a few) displaying cars from all the different era's.

Overall a fantastic day out with the added bonus of viewing all the cars taking part in the London to Cape Town rally.

Thanks to all those that came along to support us and look forward to repeating this event again next year  8)

Pictures to follow  ;)

Here's the 263 pictures dad & I took today. The majority are of the cars but there are several of the C5 Alive stand.
