ive still got this problem with my pod...

all the lights on both sides are lit up. Everything appears fine and everything is working.
what could it be??
the pod is not dead, im puzzled
all wiring appears fine and connections are good

I would be looking at the connections on the POD, where the plug goes. Give them all a good clean, which you may have already done, wiggle the plug about a bit and each time you have done that switch off and back on to reset everything.

If nothing obvious, have a look at where the pins go through the pcb board of the POD, you may have a dry joint there some where or a break in the solder join to the board.

I have had the same problem with breaks in the solder in the control box as well, so may be worth looking at that end of the pod lead.

This is what you are looking for, they may not always be obvious to the naked eye, but they can cause all sorts of failures, some intermitent.

Some are more obvious than others as you can see in the first arrowed pin, if you zoom into it you will see its also cracked.

This was on the control board .....  But i have found these also around the pins on the POD connector.

When re soldering be careful as the track can lift off the board on the POD.
