Just finished the first restoration project from the batch of c5's I got from Rotterdam.

I'm really pleased with this one, it's already reserved for a potential new owner. Taking it along Monday for a viewing , if it doesn't sell then I'll be putting it up for sale here on the c5alive forum.

Looking good Karl - have been busy with a restoration also - good luck with the sale  :)

ScubaChris

That looks like brand new! Well done, hope you get a good price for it.

Don't suppose any spare front wheel covers made their way back from Rotterdam did they?

Hassle... hassle...  ;) ;) ;)

Really nice Karl, like the stand aswell, must make things easier when working on it, really good to see them come home to England  :)

P.S Don't bring too many it might lower the value of ours if the country is over run with them  ;D
P.P.S Top job and I reckon it will sell no problem

sorry mate  :( I did see your wanted advert, but I've only enough front covers for the c5's I intend to restore

ScubaChris

Not to worry Karl, I'm sure one will turn up sooner or later. They seem at be rarer than hens teeth lately.

I'm determined to get one though, it'll just add that nice 'finished' look to my restoration job. I've just given the body shell it's second good scrub today. One more and it should be presentable enough to add the new stickers and bolt to the chassis.  :)

Bit of a surprise, the potential buyer backed out without even looking at it  ???

So I have placed it up for sale ;

If I hadn't just splashed a load of money on my restoration job I would have bought that off you.

Hi Scuba Chris,

If have two front wheel covers for the auction in Zutphen. (mind you, they have been painted green) Maybe someone can bid for you if your not attending yourself. ???
