Greetings.

I am a new C5 owner from Canada.  I purchased what I knew was going to be a restoration project from Sunderland, UK.  It arrived last week after being shipped by boat.

I will say on one hand I am truly excited to finally obtaining a C5.  (Here in Canada we were never 'in the loop' with interesting and unusual transportation options like the C5).

I look forward to connecting with some of you on the C5Alive forum for advice.

At this point have begun the stripdown of the unit.  It needs a good cleaning, regreasing, and some cosmetic touches.  The motor works, not sure about the Control Box and the Pod?
All the best Joradio. (Joe)

Good to see a Canadian owner on here  8)

You'll find some useful info in the forum guide, and don't forget to download the owners manual. Should keep you out of mischief for a while  ;D

Welcome to the forum, i wonder what part of Cananda you are in ?

We are looking to move to Cananda in the near future (all being well), but not till after the 2012 olympics.

And i will be bringing at least 1 of my C5s with me....   ;D  if not all three  8)

All friendly on here so, so dont be afraid to ask, someone will have the answer  ;)
