Hi just bought a new battery (063) fitter the original cover on it (after making a few cuts to it )
and connected it to the c5 and everything seemed to be working great .So took it out for a run for about 5 miles and it ran great everything was working well....Nice to get back on the road ......

Chas, Can you take a picture of the 063 battery top you have cut down because I want to do the same with my latest C5. I have been looking at using a Bosch silver 063 52ah (£20 more than a standard 063 42ah)but same size & weight and 5Years warranty. Also what primer / paint have you used to restore the c5 body shell.
