Rear brake locking on.

After previous problems with my brake locking on at the slightest touch,I decided to fit new shoes.
That did the trick,HA HA.
But only for two C5 meets?
Now it locks on again. I dismantled it and re fitted the shoes but to no avail.I have been using this C5 for eleven years now,and I really don't want to have to use another one.(I may just have one sitting about somewhere,LOL).

Have you tried swapping over the wheeL with one of the others ? 

That way you can keep using the same one for another 11 years

Yes,That was the first thing I tried when the problem started originally.
But I will try another wheel,just in case.
This is realy bugging me.

Try adjusting the cable, and applying the brake, so that the final sqeeze that causes the lock on of rear break is just a moment before the stop point, so it locks, and they are bade that way, i read, being a digital brake.
Also need to think a lot ahead and slow miles before!
